Variety: 50% cabernet sauvignon – 50% merlot
Region: half-mountainous vineyards of the estate in Leontio
Soil: clay
Microclimate: Mediterranean
Harvest: cabernet sauvignon : 10/09 - merlot: 28/08  
Alcohol : 15%   Residual Sugars : 2.2 gr/lt  Total Acidity: 5.4 gr/lt (tartaric)
Vinification: typical red fermentation in stainless steel tanks, maceration for 12 days and malolactic fermentation in the tanks.  Maturation for 24 months in French oak barrels  and at least 6 months in the bottle.
