Vinification: prefermentative maceration of 8 hours at 8 ̊c, fermentation in stainless steel tanks of controllable temperature (14–17 ̊ c).
Characteristics: A wine with golden-green glints, with strong floral aromas and tropical fruit; with great finesse and pleasant acidity.
